I have personally found value in our professional development sessions, and hope those of you that have attended our meetings, have found them valuable to your professional growth as well.  Most of us, as human resource professionals, understand the value of an organization being culturally competent. 
 
I would encourage all HR professionals in the southeast Wisconsin area who are interested in professional advancement, furthering their company’s commitment to diversity and strengthening their company’s HR practices, to become an active member of our dynamic NAAAHR Milwaukee Chapter.
