Session Summary:
Resilience is more than enduring challenges—it is continuing to grow, lead, and create opportunity despite them.
In this multi-generational fireside chat, leaders and professionals will reflect on what it has meant—and what it means today—to navigate the workplace while Black. Through honest conversation and personal stories, panelists will celebrate the remarkable progress Black professionals have made in leadership, influence, and opportunity while acknowledging the systemic and cultural barriers that still remain.
