Lunch & Learn: Moving from Invisibility to invincibility in the workplace

Black professionals often feel invisible in the workplace.  We can take our power back by moving from invisibility to invincibility in partnership with our allies.  

This session will:

• Explore the whys and history
• Discuss the Black experience
• Help our allies understand the impact 
• Teach allies how to advocate 
• Identify the path forward for allies and employees to own their power

• More about the experience of Black professionals in the workplace and ways we can move forward together
• To amplify your presence and voice in professional settings
• The expectations for advocates and allies - why this role is essential to create an more equitable environment
