Lunch & Learn: It’s Not You – It’s Imposter Syndrome

Have you or someone you’ve known ever felt that they don’t deserve the success they have achieved, despite all evidence pointing to the contrary. They feel like a fraud and think that they are never really good enough.  This is often referred to as Imposter Syndrome.  While not an official diagnosis, it is a real psychological phenomenon, which can cause a great deal of stress.  Join Terri Howard, Director of Equity for HGA for an interactive session about Imposter Syndrome.  During the session, participants will:
