About the event
A key element in achieving and advancing a diverse, inclusive, and culturally competent workforce is by creating an inclusive culture where respect, equity, and positive recognition of differences are cultivated, diverse voices are heard, and everyone feels valued.
A key strategy to accomplishing this lies within having a comprehensive and intentional Diversity Inclusion and Cultural Competence plan. HR can play a major part in fostering inclusive cultures by intersecting D&I strategies within their HR plan.
