How often are we called upon to collaborate, manage or engage others who aren’t in the next cubicle or even the next CONTINENT? How do we approach those interactions to positively impact engagement and productivity? Take an unlikely trip with NAAAHR-Milwaukee to visit Willy Wonka to explore how a little juicing can benefit everyone's trip to the Chocolate Factory. In this session we will:

  • Identify characteristics often attributed to US-workers and organization

  • Understand simple strategies to overcome those stereotypes

  • Recognize how engagement can be impacted by adjusting how we do work
